Debra Moore has significant experience in human resources and management roles. Debra started their career at Ralph Lauren as a District Sales Manager and worked there from 1989 to 2002. Debra then joined Sharks Sports and Entertainment LLC as a Recruiting and Training Manager, where they managed various HR functions and supervised administrative tasks. In 2012, they moved to NorthStar Memorial Group as a Regional Human Resources Manager, where they led other HR Managers and supervised HR Coordinators. Debra later served as a SR. Regional HR Manager and HR Director - Western Division before becoming the National Director of H.R. Field Operations in 2019. Throughout their career, Debra has demonstrated strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to modify policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Debra Moore obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University. Debra also completed a Certification in Human Resource Management from the University of California, Santa Cruz. In addition to their formal education, Debra obtained a certification in Professional Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
