Andrea Vero is a Senior Legal Counsel at NSK Europe, where since March 2017, Andrea has provided high-quality legal support aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Andrea's extensive experience includes drafting and negotiating cross-border commercial contracts, managing relationships with various stakeholders, and delivering training on legal issues across EMEA. Prior roles include Associate positions at Ward Hadaway and DWF, as well as a Solicitor role at Cobbetts LLP, where Andrea specialized in commercial law and intellectual property rights. Andrea holds a law degree from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and has qualifications as a German lawyer and English solicitor.
