Anna Isaksson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in communication and technical writing. Currently serving as a Product Communicator at nShift since August 2021, Anna previously held various roles at Unifaun from January 2009 to August 2021, including Senior Technical Writer and Information Coordinator/Project Manager. Additional experience includes a position as projektledare at annan from January 2007 to June 2009, and roles at Ericsson AB from 1997 to 2006 as Manager, Team Leader, and Technical Writer. Anna Isaksson holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of Gothenburg, completed in 1997, with a focus on English Language and Literature, Modern Greek Language and Literature, Linguistics, and Swedish, alongside education from Burgårdens gymnasium.
