Lee Yee Liew

Vice President Talent Management at NS BlueScope

Lee Yee Liew has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to talent management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. Currently, they are the Vice President of Talent Management at NS BlueScope, where they focus on putting talent at the forefront of the business agenda. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Talent Management at Nanyang Technological University, where they developed governance frameworks and processes for organization effectiveness. Lee Yee also served as the Vice President of HROD at GIC, where they implemented talent management and development frameworks. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Korn/Ferry International, designing leadership development programs and integrating talent management frameworks. Additionally, they held positions at Mercer, Corporate Resources Group, and Kassim Chan Management Consultants, gaining experience in rewards and talent management, compensation surveys, and language proficiency testing.

Lee Yee Liew began their education at SM Sultan Abdul Samad from 1992 to 1993, where they completed their high school studies. Lee Yee then attended Universiti Utara Malaysia from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

In addition to their formal education, Lee Yee Liew has also obtained several certifications. In December 2019, they completed the "Positive Psychology: Martin E. P. Seligman's Visionary Science" course from Coursera. In February 2020, they obtained the "Positive Psychology: Applications and Interventions" certification. In March 2020, they completed the "Positive Psychology: Character, Grit and Research Methods" course. In April 2020, they obtained the "Positive Psychology: Resilience Skills" certification. Finally, in July 2020, they completed two more certifications, namely the "Foundations of Positive Psychology Specialisation" and the "Positive Psychology: Specialisation Project: Design Your Life for Well-being," both from Coursera.
