Danarajah (DanaS) Sivapragasam DanaS currently serves as the Regional ER & Social Compliance Lead at NS BlueScope starting in October 2023. With extensive experience in human resources, DanaS held the position of Director - HR Compliance for ASIA at Flextronics from May 2015 to September 2023, focusing on HR operations and compliance within APAC. Previous roles include Country Human Resource Manager at Kerry Group Malaysia and Human Resource Manager at Permanis Sdn Bhd, with a broad range of HR responsibilities. DanaS also gained experience at Southern Pipe Industries Sdn. Bhd. and HSBC Bank Berhad Malaysia, managing employee and industrial relations. The career began in 1994 as an HR Executive at TSH Small Holders. DanaS holds multiple master's degrees in Human Resources Management and Corporate Management, with education from Open University Malaysia and TAFE Western Australia, among others.
