Muhammad Hamad Ashraf has experience working in various roles within the microfinance and development sectors, with a focus on sales supervision, field supervision, program monitoring and evaluations, and agricultural training. Currently working as a Sales Supervisor Manager at NRSP Microfinance Bank and a Senior Field Supervisor Officer at NRSP/UPAP. Prior experience includes roles such as Program Officer Monitoring and Evaluations at Crofter Foundations and a Management Trainee at NRSP Microfinance Bank. Also served as an Agri Trainer at Punjab Skills Development Fund, where responsibilities included providing guidance to farmers.
