Kim McAdam has extensive work experience in finance and management roles. Kim is currently the Head of Finance at NRN, an Energy Infrastructure business focused on decentralizing and democratizing renewable energy. Prior to this, they worked as a Financial Controller at Zilco Europe Ltd and as a Finance Manager at Sylva Design & Build Ltd. Kim also served as a Finance Director at Hundred Percent Group, Financial Controller at Huon IT, and UK Financial Controller at eServGlobal. Kim'searly career includes a role as Planning & Investment Manager at MBF.

Kim McAdam obtained a Bachelor of Business degree from Western Sydney University between 1986 and 1989.
