Saurabh Kumar is an experienced professional in service delivery and information technology, currently serving as the Service Delivery Manager at NRI Australia & New Zealand since November 2022, overseeing operations for various accounts in Queensland and Victoria. Saurabh is also the founder of SaurabhCricketCoaching since January 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Information Technology Applications Lead at ASG Group, where responsibilities encompassed managing Dynamics FinOps and various web applications, and positions as a Lead Dynamics 365 Consultant and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant at SMS Management & Technology and Dialog Information Technology, respectively. Saurabh's career began after serving as a Research Assistant at Griffith University, where Saurabh also completed an Honours degree in Information Technology, following a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Nagpur University.
