Previous roles included positions as Manager of Innovation and Long Term Incubation for Carbon Offsets and as a specialist in Residential and Commercial Product Innovation, focusing on product growth beyond electricity. Earlier career experience includes project management at Baker Hughes, overseeing global cementing operations, and field engineering at Schlumberger. Academic foundations were established with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
