Edyta Stelmach currently serves as Asset Manager at NREP since September 2022, overseeing the asset management of NREP’s portfolio in Poland. Prior experience includes Associate Director of Asset Management at AEW, where Edyta was responsible for asset strategy, P&L reporting, and leasing operations for Klif Warsaw and Klif Gdynia. At Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Edyta held various roles, including Leasing Manager and Asset Manager, with a focus on asset management for Centrum Chodov and value creation strategies for shopping centers in Poland. Additional positions include Innovation Project Manager and Deputy Director at Galeria Mokotów, as well as roles at PwC, Euro-Phoenix, Polkomtel, and UniCredit. Edyta holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in International Management from Copenhagen Business School and Corvinus University of Budapest, and a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Finance and Accounting from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
