Nicki Bratten has a diverse work experience, starting in 2003 with Nelnet where they worked as a Student Loan Consolidations Specialist until 2007 and then transitioned to become a Private Loan Consolidations Specialist until 2008. In 2008, they joined IBM Smarter Workforce as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst and held this role until 2017. Since 2017, Nicki has been working at NRC Health, initially as an Implementation Specialist and later as a Customer Success Associate. Currently, they are employed at NRC Health as an Account Coordinator.

From 1995 to 2000, Nicki Bratten attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Nicki'sfield of study encompassed Sociology, Psychology, and Sign Language.
