Joonas Torvinen is a Project Engineer at NRC Group Finland since May 2020, working primarily on the Tampere Tramway Alliance where responsibilities include commissioning and testing of tramway substations and systems, as well as project management and quality assurance. Previous experience includes a role as Maintenance Supervisor in Electric & Automation at Sappi Europe, where responsibilities involved work planning and technical problem-solving, and a position as Mechanical-machinery assembler at Sandvik. Joonas's early career included roles as a trainee at Valmet and Louritex Lda., focusing on mechanical assembly and CNC machining. Joonas holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tampere University of Applied Sciences and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering at Häme University of Applied Sciences.
