Adam Winters is an accomplished quality assurance professional with extensive experience in various technical roles. Currently serving as Quality Assurance Manager and previously as a QA Engineer at NPR since October 2017, Adam has a strong background in software development and user support, having worked as a Junior Full Stack Developer at ECMC and User Support Technician prior to that. Adam's expertise includes developing reliable server solutions using AWS, maintaining internal development tools, and implementing quality assurance plans. Adam also has teaching experience, having instructed English language learners in multiple settings, and possesses hands-on technical skills gained from early career roles in manufacturing. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a Theater minor from the University of Iowa and has completed additional training in back-end web development.
