Previous positions include Search Specialist at On-Ramps, Fractional HR Executive at Just in Time for Foster Youth, and Chief Talent Officer among other roles at Keck Graduate Institute. Cannon's leadership in diversity and inclusion initiatives spans notable organizations, including UMass Memorial Medical Center and Walt Disney Television.
