John Fransson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in transaction management, sales, and product management. Currently serving as Transaction Manager and previously as Transaction Analyst at NP3 Fastigheter AB since April 2020, John specializes in high-yielding commercial properties in Northern Sweden. Prior to this, John held multiple roles at ANDRITZ from January 2017 to April 2020, including Head of Department, Sales- & Product Manager, overseeing substantial budgets and service deliveries in a global context, and contributing to capital sales strategies in Scandinavia. An engineering background is evident through earlier work as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Franssons Recycling Machines AB and academic achievements from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, culminating in a Bachelor's Programme in Real Estate and Finance, along with a Master's degree in Industrial Management.
