Phil Page has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Phil most recently worked at Nozomi Networks, starting in August 2017. Phil held various roles at the company, including Sales Engineering Manager, Director of BD & Partner Technologies. Phil was responsible for managing partner alliances and technical sales engineering. Prior to that, from March 2015 to August 2017, they worked at Force 3 as a Security Sales Engineer and Security Engineer, Solutions Delivery. Before entering the private sector, they served in the United States Army Reserve, holding positions such as Information Systems Management Officer and Construction Platoon Leader. Phil also worked at SRA International as a Senior Cyber Security Engineer, where they designed and implemented security infrastructure solutions for the Federal Aviation Administration. Phil has experience as a Network Engineer and Network Administrator, having worked at WJH Consulting and CDR Fundraising Group respectively. Phil began their career as a Multimedia Technology Associate at the University of Richmond and worked as a Computer & Network Support Technician at McDaniel College.

Phil Page received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Latin American and Iberian Studies and Anthropology from the University of Richmond, where they attended from 2007 to 2011. Phil later pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Systems Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, completing it from 2015 to 2018. In addition to their academic achievements, Phil also holds several certifications, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)², Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) from Cisco, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) from Cisco, F5 Certified BIG-IP Administrator from F5 Networks, and Security+ from CompTIA.
