Bob Oelschlager serves as the Head of Technical Support at Nozomi Networks since March 2022. Prior to this role, Bob was a Senior Knowledge Manager at National Instruments from May 2019 to March 2022 and held the position of VP of Knowledge Services and Customer Success at Aurea Software for a brief period in late 2018. Bob's experience also includes serving as Senior Manager of eSupport at Forcepoint, LLC from October 2015 to December 2018, where responsibilities included managing the online experience and knowledge management initiatives. Bob worked at Perceptive Software as Director of Technical Support from May 2005 until its acquisition by Lexmark in late 2015, overseeing service delivery across the Americas and managing a global team of over 100 employees. Bob's career began at Gateway in 1994, where initial responsibilities involved phone support, eventually leading to a role as Technical Support/eSupport Manager. Bob holds a BA in Economics from Iowa State University, earned between 1988 and 1993.
