Daryl Hemeon currently serves as Director of Customer Solutions at Noyo, focusing on enhancing online benefit experiences for customers since 2022. Prior to this role, Daryl held various positions at Unum from 2012 to 2022, including Solutions Architect and Director of Digital Strategy and Incubator, where Daryl drove digital transformation initiatives to meet consumer needs and advanced marketing technology efforts that secured significant corporate investment. Daryl also worked as a Technical Architect, where a transformative business strategy and user experience enhancements were implemented. Earlier in 2012, Daryl was Director of Software Development at Atlantic BT, leading a developer team to achieve significant business growth. Daryl earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of New Hampshire and an IT Certificate in Web Development from Boston University.
