Austin Mielke is a Customer Implementations Manager at Noyo since February 2024, previously serving as a Connections Solutions Architect in the Center of Excellence at Ease from May 2019 to February 2024. Mielke has extensive experience driving process improvements and developing innovative solutions, having held technical roles such as Sr. Technical Lead and Implementation Analyst, where responsibilities included managing a high volume of carrier implementations. Prior to this, Mielke worked in customer service roles at Dacotah Bank and gained teaching experience as a German Teaching Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Mielke holds a degree in German from Augustana University and has furthered education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Potsdam.
