Tom Bixby is a Technical Services and Support Technician at Now Micro since April 2017, focusing on delivering excellent customer service and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Prior experience includes serving as an IT Service Desk Agent for a staffing agency at 3M from October 2014 to January 2017, where strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities were utilized to assess and resolve various technical issues. Tom began the IT career as a part-time IT Work Study Student Worker at Century College from August 2013 to August 2014, assisting the IT Director and imaging classroom computers. Tom Bixby holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Microcomputer Support Technology from Century College and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from The College of St. Scholastica.
