Nicholas Huey is an experienced professional in technical customer support and services, currently serving as the Technical Customer Support Manager at Now Micro since February 2019. Nicholas engages with customers and internal teams throughout the product development, sales, and post-sales customer journey to ensure client success. Prior experience includes roles at Best Buy from October 2011 to February 2019, where Nicholas held positions such as Technical Services Lead and Advanced Repair Agent, focusing on client education and technology research. Nicholas also has management experience from the Phoenix Bar and Grill, which included responsibilities as Pizza Manager, and earlier work as a Delivery Person at Hilltop Bar and Grill. Nicholas holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Chippewa Valley Technical College, following graduation from Baldwin Woodville High School in 2007.
