Jacob Goldstein possesses diverse experience within customer support and service roles. Currently serving as a Support Specialist Apprentice at Novus Insight since October 2021, Jacob is focused on advancing to a full Support Specialist position while based at King School in Stamford, CT. Previous roles include working as a Delivery Driver at Brooklyn Pizza Company, where responsibilities encompassed order packaging and customer communication, and serving as a Preceptor at the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management, assisting with course support and grading. Jacob also worked as a Sales Representative for Vector Marketing, honing communication skills, and gained early leadership experience as a Soccer Referee for the Connecticut Junior Soccer Association. Jacob holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona, having previously studied at Bentley University and graduated from Cheshire High School.
