Dylan Kissinger is an experienced estimator currently employed at Novum Structures since June 2022, where responsibilities include reviewing customer drawings and specifications, identifying project costs, and drafting budgets and bid documents for glass and steel structures. Prior roles include working as a real estate agent at Shorewest, REALTORS® from April 2021 to January 2023, assisting clients in the buying and selling of property, and serving as a project engineer at Steele Solutions, Inc. from November 2017 to April 2021, focusing on the design of steel structures. Additional experience includes positions as a precast concrete draftsman, structural draftsman, and various roles from food service to engineering internships, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
