Akshaya Venkateswaran currently serves as the People and Organization Partner for the Middle East, India, and Africa at Novonesis since June 2023. Previously, Akshaya held various HR roles, including HR CoE in Talent Management and Diversity & Inclusion at PhonePe, and P&O Partner India at Novozymes. Akshaya's career began with positions at Mahindra Rise and ACG Worldwide, focusing on learning and development, talent management, and leadership initiatives. Early experience includes roles as Placement Coordinator at Xavier Institute of Management and HR Executive at Kotak Life Insurance, along with an internship at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Akshaya holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Xavier Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from the University of Mumbai.
