Cristina Lendvai has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Cristina currently serves as the Marketing Director at novoMOF AG, where they lead the strategic development and implementation of the B2B Marketing strategy. Cristina also develops, manages, and executes procedures for inbound lead generation, in addition to driving the content marketing strategy.
Prior to their role at novoMOF AG, Cristina was the Community Manager & Founder of Outdoors in Switzerland, an online community with over 41,000 members. Cristina organized more than 100 events and managed social media for the community. Cristina also founded Positivitytracker.com, an international platform with over 2,000 members and an app with over 1,000 users from 96 countries.
Cristina also founded and worked as a Marketing Consultant at Spark Marketing, where they developed and implemented integrated Marketing Communications strategy. Cristina drove digital marketing through website development and optimization, SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and PPC campaigns.
Earlier in their career, Cristina worked at British American Tobacco as a Customer Development Manager, where they led the strategic development of customer relationship management. Cristina also owned the product display platform, including retail furniture, merchandising, and POSM. Cristina later served as a Trade Marketing & Development Executive, driving strategic development and managing budgets of key projects and implementing retail executions across Latin America and Europe. Cristina initially joined the company as a Marketing Intern, where they developed and implemented merchandising and public relations strategies.
Cristina's work experience also includes a role as a Scientific collaborator at the School of Management Fribourg (HEG-FR), where they developed and managed the website for the Entrepreneurship Institute. Cristina also coordinated surveys and scientific reports and supported the promotion of the Institute through social media.
Early in their career, Cristina worked as a Sales representative at Avon Cosmetics, where they sold products through lead generation, prospect education, and customer support. Cristina also drove promotions through various communication channels like social media and face-to-face meetings.
Cristina Lendvai began their education in 2004 at the University Valahia Targoviste in Romania, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. In 2007, they attended Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) for a brief period and obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business. Cristina later went on to pursue a Master of Science in Business Administration (MSc BA) with a major in Entrepreneurship & Innovation at the School of Management Fribourg (HEG-FR) from 2009 to 2011.
In addition to their formal education, Cristina has acquired additional certifications throughout their career. Cristina completed courses such as "Marketing on LinkedIn: The Sophisticated Marketer's Guide," "Google Universal Analytics Essential Training," "SEO Foundations," and "Learning HubSpot CRM" through LinkedIn. Cristina also holds a "Certificate of Completion, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship" from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, although the specific completion month is unavailable.
