Randy Wacaster is an accomplished supply chain professional with extensive experience in operational planning and management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Supply Chain at Novolex since January 2021, Randy previously held various strategic roles including Senior Manager of Operational Planning at Apex Tool Group, LLC, where responsibilities included developing best practices and initiating a Center of Excellence. Randy's tenure at SABIC spanned nearly a decade, during which duties involved leading cross-functional teams, optimizing inventory strategies, and implementing enterprise systems. Prior roles at Springs Global included Master Planner and Scheduling Manager, further solidifying expertise in supply chain performance across multiple manufacturing environments. Randy holds a B.S. in Textile Management from North Carolina State University.
