Kristi M. Boll, MBA, CPA, CIA, currently serves as External Reporting Manager at Novolex, where significant accomplishments include redesigning financial statements and templates for enhanced data monitoring. Previous experience includes a role as Senior Financial Reporting Analyst at 3D Systems Corporation, managing external financial reporting processes and implementing significant automation improvements. At Piedmont Natural Gas, Kristi oversaw financial reporting for the Gas Utilities and Infrastructure segment, along with joint venture accounting under ASC 323. Additional roles at Dynacast International and Myers Industries involved financial analysis, compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, and operational finance management. Kristi holds an MBA in Operations Management from Cleveland State University and a BBA in Accounting from Kent State University.
