Brittany Winters serves as the Recruiting Manager at Novogradac & Company LLP since July 2018, contributing to one of the nation’s top 50 certified public accounting and consulting firms that specializes in the real estate and community development sectors. Prior to this, Brittany held the roles of Recruiting Manager and Business Solutions Manager - Team Lead at Roth Staffing from July 2014 to July 2018, where expertise was developed in staffing solutions across clerical, administrative, call center, and light industrial sectors. Brittany holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Marketing from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, earned between 2011 and 2013.
