Fredy Normand has worked at NOVOFERM France since December 2009, starting as a Chef de projet et technicien R&D and currently holding the position of Manager technique. With a degree in BTS CPI from Lycee Chevrollier, Fredy has extensive experience in the technical and customer service aspects of the company, having also served as Responsable bureau etudes et service client and Responsable de bureau d’étude.
