Talya Borkum is a skilled professional in biotechnology and research, currently serving as a PreClinical Research Assistant at Novocure since September 2022. Previously, Talya worked as an R&D Researcher at Protalix Biotherapeutics from February 2021 to August 2022, and held a researcher position at Rapid Diagnostic Systems LTD in 2020. Talya also gained teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant in Food Chemistry and Food Biochemistry at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where contributions were made from 2019 to 2020. In addition, Talya served as a Research Assistant in the Laboratory of Functional Nanomaterials, Biosensors, and Sensors at Technion in 2018. The academic background includes a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Biotechnology and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biotechnology and Food Engineering, both attained at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Talya’s earlier experience includes serving as a Help Desk Technician in the Israel Defense Forces from 2011 to 2013.
