Sergey Kireev, Ph.D., currently serves as the Experimental Physics Team Lead and Experimental Physics Tech-Lead at Novocure since June 2023. Prior experience includes a long tenure at SIE "Melitta," Ltd from February 2011 to January 2023, where Sergey managed a department of over 15 individuals, successfully completed multiple international projects, developed new devices and improvements, and produced comprehensive technical documentation. Additionally, Sergey held the position of acting Head of the Acceptance Testing Department, overseeing quality assurance for mass-produced devices. Sergey began a career as a Research and Development Engineer from January 2009 to February 2011, focusing on various technologies. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Vacuum and Plasma Electronics from Istok and an Engineer's degree in flash lamps and plasma physics from Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
