Hilary Duckworth is an accomplished leader in the pharmaceutical industry with extensive experience spanning over two decades. As General Manager for the UK & Ireland at Novocure since May 2022, Hilary previously held multiple senior roles at Pfizer from September 2002 to April 2022, including Senior Director of Global Marketing and Senior Director of the Hospital Business Unit. Early career achievements include significant positions at GSK and Marks and Spencer, where Hilary developed skills in sales, training, and account management. Hilary holds a BSc in Chemistry and Business Studies from the University of Warwick and has a strong foundation in Physical Sciences from Solihull Sixth Form College.
