Dr. Ulrich Koestner is currently serving as a Medical Science Liaison at Novocure since August 2023, after a previous role in the same position at Schülke & Mayr AG from December 2022 to August 2023. Prior to these positions, Dr. Koestner worked as a Site Manager and Clinical Research Associate at ICON plc from December 2019 to December 2022, and as a Freelance Clinical Research Assistant focused on clinical monitoring in cancer studies from July 2016 to December 2019. Earlier experience includes a role as a Study Assistant at emovis GmbH in early 2016 and a PhD obtained at the Max Delbrück Center from May 2009 to June 2015, complemented by a 3-year fellowship in Molecular Neurobiology. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Developmental Biology from Freie Universität Berlin and a Diploma in Biology from The University of Göttingen.
