Preety Saroj is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people management and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Head of People for India at Novo since November 2021, Preety focuses on transforming the banking experience for businesses. Previously, as AVP & Head HR at LBB - Little Black Book, Preety led the Human Resource Roadmap, supporting the mission to connect users with independent brands. With earlier roles at Myntra Jabong as HR Business Partner and Jabong as Talent Acquisition Lead, Preety has a strong background in recruiting top talent across various sectors. Preety's career began at Clarity Consulting, managing mid to senior-level hiring in diverse industries. Preety holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Rai Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Zoology.
