Gesy Lynn Rangel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in brand activation and marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Brand Activation & Community at Novo since January 2016, Gesy also functions as a Marketing Advisor. Gesy founded DOLLS IN COUTURE, INC. in February 2012, specializing in licensed sorority and fraternity merchandise, as well as premium promotional items for Greek Life organizations. Additionally, Gesy co-founded Conceito G Produções & Eventos, an experiential marketing company focused on wedding planning and event production, which operated from May 2014 to May 2022. Gesy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Relations and Pre-Med from the University of Miami and has furthered education through summer programs in International Relations and Affairs at both The American University of Paris and Universitat de Barcelona.
