Taya Hjorth has an extensive background in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as an Early Talent Coordinator in Emerging Technologies at Novo Nordisk since February 2022. Prior to this role, Taya held positions as an HR Coordinator in Talent Acquisition DK and as an HR-student at Bruun & Hjejle Advokatpartnerselskab from January 2021 to February 2022. Taya also gained experience as a Salgsassistent at H&M HOME from October 2019 to December 2020 and worked as an HR-konsulent at TMPO A/S from August 2017 to September 2018. Taya holds a Bachelor's degree in HA(psyk) from Copenhagen Business School, completed in 2022, and an HHX degree in Media from ZBC Næstved, finished in 2017.
