Eric Paul Bennett is a distinguished Gene Editing Specialist with extensive experience in the field. Currently positioned at Novo Nordisk, Eric also serves as a Senior Advisor in gene editing at COBO Technologies, where Eric co-founded the company and offers expertise in quality control for genome editing. Eric is a co-founder of GlycoDisplay Aps and Glycozym Aps. Eric has held significant academic roles at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, including Head of Section, Associate Professor, and Research Assistant Professor.
