Elen Stepanyan is a Product Management Intern at Trilliant Health since June 2023, with a strong background in education and research. Previously, Elen worked as an Academic Tutor at Varsity Tutors from May 2019 to June 2023, offering personalized lesson plans in various subjects. As an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Washington and Lee University from June 2020 to December 2021, Elen contributed significantly to the development of a novel wave mapping algorithm and employed advanced statistical methods for analysis. In addition, Elen served as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant in physics and was a Fellow at LearnServe International, where leadership in a non-profit initiative was demonstrated. A summer internship at the World Bank Group provided experience in designing sustainable development projects. Elen holds a Master of Engineering Management from Dartmouth College and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Washington and Lee University.
