Betina Woythal has been with Novo Nordisk since April 1994, holding various positions such as Vice President, EA to SVP of CMC Development & Scaling, Vice President, Corporate Occupational Health & Safety, Vice President, CMC Business Support, SVP HR Business Partner, HR Consultant, Manager, Scientific Intelligence, Principal Scientist, and Patent Analyst. Prior to joining Novo Nordisk, Betina worked at the Danish Patent & Trademark Office. Betina holds a Bachelor's degree and Graduate Business Diploma from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Chemistry from Danish Technology University.
