Lucile Broyer began their work experience in 2010 as an Ingénieur recherche/développement at Pierre Fabre Group. Lucile worked in this role from February 2010 to September 2011. In 2012, they joined NovImmune and worked as a Research Assistant in the Assay Development Unit from February 2012 to February 2014. Lucile then advanced to the role of Senior Research Assistant in the same unit from March 2014 until their most recent position as a Research Associate, which they began in March 2016 and is currently ongoing.

Lucile Broyer completed their education in the field of biology. From 2005 to 2007, they attended IUT Montpellier-Sete where they obtained a DUT in Génie Biologique / Analyses Biologiques et Biochimiques. Following that, from 2007 to 2010, they went to Polytech Clermont and earned a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Biology.
