Ann-Christine Eriander

Manager Property Asset Management at Novier

Ann-Christine Eriander has extensive work experience in property asset management and real estate. Ann-Christine began their career as a Shop Assistant at Pilgrim A/S, where they provided excellent customer service and managed cash and banking responsibilities. Ann-Christine then worked as a Wealth Manager Assistant at Coeli AB, initially making cold calls to book counseling sessions and later assisting with client meetings.

From 2011 to 2015, Eriander was a Real Estate Manager at Oscar Properties, where they were responsible for customer service and managing real estate projects. Ann-Christine then joined Aberdeen Asset Management as an Asset Manager, overseeing a portfolio of real estate assets, negotiating leases, and maintaining strong tenant relationships.

Eriander continued their career at Novier, first as a Property Asset Manager from 2016 to 2018, managing assets and creating business plans. Ann-Christine then took on the role of Head of Property Asset Management from 2019 to 2022, leading a team and ensuring the successful management of the Gamla LivförsäkringsAB SEB Tryggliv property portfolio. Their responsibilities included coaching property managers, streamlining processes, and identifying property development opportunities.
