Shachar Baumel's work experience includes holding the role of Head of Customer Success at Novidea since August 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Customer Success Manager at Novidea starting in September 2019. Shachar also worked as a Delivery Manager at Novidea from January 2018 to December 2019. Before joining Novidea, they were a Project Manager at Xioma Information Solutions in 2017. From 2011 to 2016, Shachar worked at Q-nomy, Inc. as a Project Manager. Shachar began their career at FedEx Services, where they worked in the Command and Control team from April 2008 to January 2011.

Shachar Baumel obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Industrial Engineering from Ariel University. This educational journey took place from 2008 to 2011.
