Eric Ayala is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and operations across various startups in the technology and venture capital sectors. Currently serving as SVP and GM for the Americas at Novidea, Eric leads US strategy and operations while being part of the executive team. Previous roles include consulting for Fugue, Inc., where Eric developed go-to-market strategies for international markets, and serving as VP of Sales at Ready4 in the Ed-Tech space. Eric's venture capital experience includes a partnership at Fortify Venture Capital Fund focusing on Latin America. Eric has held senior sales positions at both Cypress and Sitesmith, the latter of which was sold for $1.4 billion, and UUNET, which went public and later sold for $2 billion. Eric holds an MBA from Duke University and has additional educational credentials from prestigious institutions including Stanford University and Georgetown University.
