Rachanda Carter is an experienced Agile Change Agent and Business System Analyst with a diverse background in leading teams through transitions and enhancing methodologies. Currently serving as an Agile Coach and SCRUM Master at Booz Allen Hamilton since June 2016, Rachanda has successfully transitioned four teams from Waterfall to Agile, establishing effective team structures and training plans. Prior experience includes delivering significant user story points at Capital One, contributing to an increase in revenue, and playing a key role in developing the ALNOVA Banking System at PwC. Rachanda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Maryland, obtained in 2009.
