Ricardo Pardo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) sector. Currently serving as the Global UCaaS Director at Noventiq since April 2022, Ricardo co-founded the UCaaS division and is responsible for its establishment, vision, execution, and profitability. Prior roles include UCaaS Director for LATAM at Softline Group, where Ricardo also co-founded the UCaaS division, and external consulting roles at AudioCodes. Ricardo's background encompasses various positions at notable companies such as Cisco and Microsoft, focusing on sales, partner management, and market development in the telecommunications industry. An Electronic Engineer graduate from Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas, Ricardo has played a pivotal role in advancing managed services in the LATAM region.
