Jim Bjerre Andersen is an experienced professional in the fields of quality, health, safety, and environment (QHSE) management, project management, and production technology. Currently serving as QHSE & Warranty Manager at NOVENCO Building & Industry since May 2018, Jim previously held various significant roles including Project Manager at Moeller & Devicon, Engineering and Production Technology Manager, and Global QHSE Manager at Novenco Marine & Offshore. Additional experience includes serving as Technical Manager at Lantmännnen Schulstad, overseeing production and maintenance, and leading production optimization efforts at Mølbro A/S. Jim began their career in production engineering and management roles across several companies, showcasing expertise in project planning, technical specifications, and quality management systems. Jim holds a Bachelor's degree from DTU - Technical University of Denmark and has completed several leadership and technical training programs.
