Simone Tirelli possesses extensive experience in engineering and operations management, currently serving as Manager Performance & Diagnostics and previously as Operations Excellence Lead and Senior Operations Analyst at Novelis since November 2018. Prior to this, Simone worked at KEYENCE CORPORATION as a Senior Sales Engineer and Sales Engineer from October 2016 to November 2018, and held various roles at Novelis, including Process Engineer for Finishing and Hot Mill, where significant contributions were made towards process control and quality assurance. Additional experience includes a position at UBS Investment Bank and a research role at Imperial College London. Simone holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zürich, completed in 2012 and 2009, respectively.
