Shane Begoske has a range of experience in the engineering field. Shane began their career at ArcelorMittal in 2010, where they worked as an Electrical/Mechanical Project Engineer and later as a Reliability Centered Maintenance Planner/Scheduler. In 2012, they joined Novelis, where they held various roles including Electrical Engineer, Associate EMRA - Hot Mill Engineering Lead, and Hot Mill - EMRA Leader. Currently, they are serving as the Lead Electrical Engineer on the Oswego Project Team at Novelis.

Shane Begoske received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Psychology from Michigan Technological University in 2009. Shane also obtained a minor in Economics from the same university between 2006 and 2008. Prior to their university education, they attended Hartland High School. In addition, Shane has a certification as a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional, without specifying the institution or the year.
