Richard Phillips is an experienced professional in quality engineering and continuous improvement, currently serving as the World Class Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement Lead at Novelis since July 2022, where efforts focus on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies across North America. Prior roles include senior positions at Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC as a Senior Quality Engineer and Rane Light Metal Castings America Inc as Quality Manager, managing ISO compliance and driving customer satisfaction. Richard's extensive experience also encompasses quality leadership at Constellium Bowling Green LLC, where quality management systems were enhanced, and prior roles included a Lean Manager and Quality & Continuous Improvement Leader at Novelis. An educational background includes a Master's degree in Technology Management and a Bachelor's in Mathematics with a Physics minor from Western Kentucky University.
