Paulo Kuchenbecker currently serves as Director of Performance Improvement and Head of Global Operational Excellence at Novelis, a position held since April 2016, after progressing from Operational Excellence Senior Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Business Development Manager at Tom Comunicação from April 2011 to August 2014 and various positions at FALCONI Consultores de Resultado, including Management Consultant and Intern. Paulo Kuchenbecker holds a Master of Business Administration from IESE Business School and participated in an MBA Exchange Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Additional academic credentials include a Certificate in Statistics from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Economics from PUC Minas.
